Jesus purified Magdalen and pardoned the triple denial of Peter.
He opened heaven to the good thief.
In truth, I assure you,
if Judas had gone to Him after the crime, Our Lord would have received him with mercy.
How, then, would He not pardon you as well?

I loved it when Jesus asked Peter "Do you love me?" three times, thus eliminating his denial and allowing Peter to tell the Lord how much he loved him. Of course, Jesus already knew this and did not need to hear it.
ReplyDeleteI liked Dismas, the "good", (aka.HONEST & Repentant Thief), bc Christ was even More Generous with him!! "This Day Thou Shall be with Me, in Paradise!" Doesn't get much better than that!
