Dear Washburn University Personnel:

As a new convert to the Roman Catholic Faith (55 years of age) I find it sad and truly abhorrent that you have chosen to host the vulgar and offensive play called the V-Monologues. I converted to the Faith because of her strict teachings on chastity, morality, civility and host of other virtues sadly now lacking in pervasive secular society. As a Roman Catholic Institution, I would think you would find it as part of your University and Higher Education mission to mirror and promote the cherished traditional values that the Church has honored through her 2,000 year history. Sadly, this appears to be not the case.

I would urge you to reconsider your witness and standing as an institution of higher Roman Catholic learning and discontinue your support and hosting of these travesties of Christian virtue and values.
