In 1946, the well known American Catholic author, William Thomas Walsh, had an interview with Sister Lucy.
In this interview, Mr. Walsh asked Sister Lucy if she thought that the whole world would become Communist. Sister Lucy answered, “YES.”
Mr. Walsh then asked Sister Lucy if the United States would also become Communist. To this question, she responded, “YES.”

But some may ask, “but, isn’t Communism dead?’
The answer is: Although the power of Communism has somewhat waned in its political form, its cultural aspects are now at their zenith. In fact, divorce, free love, immodesty and homosexual vice find their philosophical systematization and political support in socialism.
Communism and socialism thrive on unbridled sensuality and unrestrained pride—two vices that bring down the barriers of proper behavior and thinking in accordance to the law of God and the order established by Him.
In this sense, Communism is not dead. It is everywhere and growing.
