Every two years since 1971, volunteers in Brussels, Belgium have constructed a massive and stunning floral carpet in the town's Grand Place.
The finished product comes in at just under 20,000 square feet and one million flowers. The design is always different, but the flowers are always begonias. Belgium is the world's largest producer of the vibrant flowers.

If you have traveled to Europe in the past, reflect on your trip.
Investigate whatever you admired and see for yourself whether or not it reflects the beauty of Catholic culture and tradition that still lives on there, despite so much secularism and immoral customs
If you plan on traveling to Europe, take a few moments of your trip to analyze the remnants of Christian civilization and allow yourself to open your soul and marvel at its beauty.
Or, if you cannot travel to marvel at the remnants of Christian Civilization in Europe, please visit my blog and your can do some virtual traveling on it.
I am certain your expectations will be fulfilled because the remnants of Christian Civilization were born from the spirit of the Gospel and are true to their origin. And God, His Church and the culture born of the Gospel never disappoints us!
Now, if I had posted a picture of some modern church of office building from Europe, you would be highly disappointed; we have those ugly modern edifices here, and they hail from a different spirit and a different gospel.
Modern office building in Brussels; it could just as well be from Tokyo, New York, Los Angeles, London, or Sydney.
