From Rally Captain George Fox, London, Ontario, Canada:

While the numbers (225) were a little lower than anticipated, our Rally was most successful, and we're looking forward to another one next year, with hopefully the same sort of beautiful Autumn weather that we had on the 16th.

A major blessing this year was the appearance of our retired Bishop Sherlock, who will appear next year and help us pray his version of the scriptural Rosary.

We are rotating through the mysteries, and the Sorrowful Mysteries are due next year.  We had a couple of student singers, an excellent sound crew - needed for the large space we had booked in Victoria Park in London, Ontario and well organized 'stage crew'.

Next year, we will add the "Consecration to Jesus through Mary", and while we only spoke of it this year, next year we will make available copies of the Communion of reparation on the first Saturday's to encourage this devotion.

Given the presence of a bishop (the older priest in the picture), we should have no problem getting the full support of our bishop next year with a resulting increase in attendance.   The younger priest was our lead priest, and there were some three priests from the local seminary and two other priests in attendance.

In a town outside of London, we had the Legion of Mary initiate the Public Square Rosary Rally with the full support of their parish priest, with 38 in attendance.

We thank you for your support over the year in preparation for the event - all of us are most appreciative.  I mentioned your numbers, and I think we can see the PSRR gatherings increasing next year, building ultimately to that big day - the 100th anniversary of the Miracle of Fatima in 2017.

Blessings,

George Fox

PS.  We do need to get better banner supports for next year!   The third picture shows our readers praying the Rosary - the bishop is seated, and we had a small, but beautiful statue  of Our Lady of Fatima.
