"Thank you to American Catholics..." says French man...

When the largest French newspaper Le Monde published a blasphemous cartoon ridiculing Our Lord Jesus Christ and spewing hatred against the Pope, the TFP and its America Needs Fatima campaign asked its friends and supporters to protest.

The notoriously leftist newspaper hardly expected the flood of protest that followed.

“The word outcry is weak,” wrote the paper’s ombudsman Véronique Maurus. “This was a real storm, nay, a hurricane, a tsunami of protests… demanding that the newspaper apologize.”

Thank you from France

Philippe Carhon

"... A great thank you to American Catholics for having shown us, once again, the proper and good use that can be made of the Internet in our common fight. And an immense thank you to them for having disembarked into Le Monde’s despotic system as they once landed on Norman beaches to rid us of another tyranny."

I found this letter on a Catholic blog in France and thought that you'd like to know about it.
