Choco, Columbia
The Colombian press is reporting that it rained blood for half an hour on the morning of July 31 in the small town of Choco, Colombia.
Braving the blood-rain
The parish priest of Choco, Father Cordoba, declared that a bacteriologist had given certification that the liquid was blood.
According to news reports, several people from Choco are wondering if this may be a sign from God to get men to reconsider their actions and convert. 
After a while, the blood turned to water.
