2008 Rosary Rallies; Ohio and Penn State

On Saturday, TFP-America Needs Fatima held its 12th consecutive Rosary Rally in Brecksville, Ohio. Previous rallies had been held at Public Square, Cleveland, until a huge water main broke at that very spot and the entire area was closed off, and will be closed off for some time. The crater caused by the water main brake is immense.

Although the day was rainy, twenty two people showed up to pray the Rosary in public and witness to the Fatima message.

Michael Chad Shibler, a Fatima Custodian with America Needs Fatima brought the life size statue of Our Lady of Fatima to the event, and placed Our Lady's statue in a gazebo to protect her from the rain.

Mr. Pat Genarelli lead the Rosary and asked the participants to prepare their own rallies for the big national 2008 Rosary Rally on October 11th, 2008, the Saturday nearest to October 13th, the day of the miracle of the sun at Fatima in 1917.

Some of the rally participants had been rally captains on October 13th, 2007, when TFP-America Needs Fatima had organized 2,200 rallies.

TFP-America Needs Fatima is planning 3,000 rallies for that day across America, begging God, through the power of the Rosary, to guide our Nation in these times. As human efforts have failed to solve our nation's problem, we desperately need God's intervention.

Today, twenty five young men from TFP Student Action, plus youngsters from the TFP run Academy, Saint Louis de Montfort prayed a Public Square Rosary at Penn State campus in State College, PA.

I hope to post some pictures here of the event upon their return tonight, or tomorrow.
